Lost in Cyber-Space

Words once written just disappear
like the bubbles on a head of beer
and in Yahoo’s hands that does occur!
We can only pray they reappear…
While mice and men are oft at odds
at least we know on whom we trod
But Yahoo doesn’t care a tiny bit
that in front of darkened screens we sit.
Like offering children candy pop
then telling them they’ll get it not
Yahoo thrills in teasing folk
by losing words in puffs of smoke!
We can only hope the time will come
when a company will provide a home
for millions of families that were formed
when the amazing internet was born.
