Buahrangers Revetment: Poety and Stories by Vietnam Veteran, Anthony W. Pahl and friends

Bushranger's Revetment - Poetry and Stories by Vietnam Veteran, Anthony W. (Bushranger) Pahl and friends

As the moon and stars grow dim
at the break of dawn,
as the morning sun heralds in a new day
love is borne across the sea,
across all time.

I gaze upon the day
and picture in my mind’s eye,
the love I found and pray
that you remember me
as I remember you
with love eternal as the sun;
our love as one
e’r true.

Bind you heart with gossamer threads
stretched o’er the sands of time.
I will always be beside you
when life makes its demands.

As you search into your soul
and gaze into your life,
allow my mind into your heart
feel the joy of love’s delight.

Maria, my love, see in my eyes
as I’ll ever see in yours;
a love of life ~ a life of love
Binds us forever more.
