Buahrangers Revetment: Poety and Stories by Vietnam Veteran, Anthony W. Pahl and friends

Colin F. Jones : Bushranger's Revetment - Poetry and Stories by Vietnam Veteran, Anthony W. (Bushranger) Pahl and friends

I’ve not established in my life a friend
Who would so want to read what I might write
Nor to this poet’s peace a friendship lend
Without me being there within his sight
No favour asked or truthless word to share
No disrespect no effort to deter
No prejudice no critical compare
Just honest thoughts in words that so occur
This man I state is wonderment to me
As much as man of man can comprehend
A poet with a vision; breaking free
A man who is a true and worthy friend
Of that which holds him back he’ll soon be free
That we will live to love his poetry
