Today is the end of yesterday
Today we can view the demons of dying days
Today is now

Today is the beginning of tomorrow
Today we can reign in the stampede of sorrow
Today is now

Today is all yesterdays alive but gone
Today is the harbinger of tomorrow come
Today is now

Today is the first day of the rest of our lives
Today is the day we choose to survive
Today is now

Today is the day we are reborn into the present
Today is the day we reconcile our brothers’ presence
Today is now

Today is the day we realize yesteryear’s gone
Today we accept the reality that we do belong.
Today is now
